What is my size?

Our size chart is as follows.
Small = 30 to 31 inch waist
Medium = 32 to 33 inch waist
Large = 34 to 35 inch waist
XL
= 36 to 37 inch waist

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on where you are in the world.
UK maximum 2 days
Europe maximum 4 days
USA maximum 7 days
Rest of the World up to 15 days
Deliveries are free of charge for all orders over £35.00

How often do you release new products?

We are still a relatively small company but we are very dynamic! We are frequently adding new products to our range. We typically release new products every 8 to 12 weeks, so keep on checking out this site and tell your friends about us!!

Will I have to pay any taxes and duties for my order?

International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Occasionally this may be listed as an additional postage fee. While we apologise for any inconvenience, we have no control over such fees. (More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.)

What happens if I want to exchange one or more items purchased?

As long as the item or items are in original condition (unworn & unwashed), simply send them back to us by post within 21 days of receipt of delivery to:

Please remember to include the slip that was included in the packet when your order was delivered to you originally. As soon as we receive the items back we will get the exchange organised and sent out to you straight away.

Who pays for postage when exchanging one or more items?

For your first exchange of products on an order, there are no extra postage charges from Aware when we send you your replacements. The only cost to yourself is that of the return postage of the original item(s) to us. If a further exchange is requested, Aware reserves the right to charge additional postage of the shipment to you. This is typically around GBP5.00 (for the UK) depending on the number of items being sent.

I have already worn my Aware, can I still exchange?

No. Due to health regulation reasons we can only accept garments back that are in original condition and that have not been worn or washed. If a worn item is sent back to us, we will typically contact you to better understand the reason for the return. Please note, where an item is returned to us without first notifying us that the item has been worn, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.

I have returned my Aware underwear for an exchange but have not received or heard anything back from Aware.

Depending on where you are sending your returns items back from, the typical shipping time for items to arrive back into Aware is around 10 days. As soon as your exchange has been processed by us, we will send you an email letting you know that it has been sent.

What if I am sent a defective item?

All Aware clothing and products undergo stringent quality checks from the beginning of their manufacturing process. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. If this policy is not adhered to, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
